Hiring Metamar was the best decision we have made. Richie is a hands-on General Contractor who has incredible attention to detail, vets subcontractors and supervises them carefully, and is very fair and reasonable with his pricing. He follows up with his customers and stays tuned to the subcontractors to get the job done, right, the first time. Richie worked very well with our architect, Steven Herlong, and designer, Cintra McCauley. Together they solved many problems in our absence that made the project go smoothly for us.
It’s wonderful to find a contractor like Richie and Metamar who not only want to create a great product, but also develop a long-term relationship with the customers. As a result of that, we are good customers!
